From the restoration of the Old Dutch Church (Tarrytown, NY), immortalized by Washington Irving’s tale, the Legend of Sleepy Hollow, to stone setting at the historic Charleston County Courthouse (Charleston, SC), American Building Restoration Company has worked for over 30 years preserving architectural history throughout the eastern United States.
In 1983, Frank W. Genello established American Building Restoration Company (ABRC) in response to the need for high quality building and restoration craftsmanship. ABRC has contracted for both residential and commercial projects, ranging from custom new construction to the restoration of National Register Properties with project budgets up to two million dollars.
ABRC works with architects, homeowners, historical societies and national preservation organizations throughout the United States. With an established network of skilled artisans and specialty vendors, we have the capability to address a wide range of building needs from historic restorations to new construction.
A service oriented company, ABRC is committed to customer satisfaction through establishing co-operative working relationships between architects, clients and contractors and a dedication to meticulous attention to detail resulting in the highest quality workmanship.
